Career Highlights
After establishing a sound record in karting he turned to racing
cars.
Massa won the Brazilian Formula Chevrolet in 1998and 1999; in 2000
he won the Italian and European Formula Renault Championships and
thereafter the F3000 in 2001. These superb achievements earned him
a lot of Formula 1 interest.
Felipe Massa made his F1 debut in Australia 2002 with the Sauber
Team finishing 13th overall in the Driver's Championship. In 2003
Felipe joined the Ferrari Team as a test driver to gain more technical
experience on the advice of Sauber.
2004 has seen Felipe return to Sauber
and give more mature performances but Felipe has still much to prove.
