Career Highlights
Christian Klien started out his career in Karting. He quickly moved
into German Formula BMW Junior Series where in 1999 in achieved
4 wins. Klien then progressed to the Senior Formula BMW claiming
3rd place overall in 2001 and improved further to win the whole
championship in 2002. He then fast tracked to the F3 Euro series
in 2003 and took 2nd place and enjoyed a total of nine of podium
positions.
His success impressed Jaguar,
and he was offered a contract. He made his F1 debut this 2004 season
in the Melbourne Grand Prix.
